Summary
Diluc’s been running off to Liyue for his sexcapades for what feels like ages. At least people don’t moon over him there, and he figures this is as good as it’s going to get. Dull, repetitive motions with partners who really don’t give a damn about him and who he never sees again.
And then Venti blows into his life.
Bright, bold, bubbly, brash… He’s everything Diluc isn’t, and Diluc’s hackles immediately rise, metaphorical though they may be. Venti is full of life and song and joy, and he seems absolutely determined to spread that to as many people as possible. The rest? He is apparently doing his best to annoy to death.
Diluc still doesn’t know which side he falls on.
