A memory of the car ride forces its way onto the surface, and Jimin hears himself. From moans to senseless requests, he relives all of it with shame. However, one single word stands out, echoing again and again in his head until everything else stifles into silence—until Jimin remembers.

ilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyilyily. this story is perfectly paced and the story is so amazing with many unpredictable and clever plot twists with an reinvigorating take on the supernatural/vampire trope. AS ALWAYS, koomins has the BEST characterizations. i feel like im always transported to an alternate universe and im never bored of their jimins and jeongguks. all their stories are so innovative and introspective. im only #1 glazer bc koomins is #1. honestly, im naturally inclined to be greedy toward underrated masterpieces i “discover”, but me wanting koomins work to be spread across the whole damn galaxy says a lot about their work.
