Summary
“I’m going out,” Yuji says, and before anyone can react he is in the hallway putting on his shoes. How he managed to bypass the glass, Choso has no idea of.
“I’m coming with you,” he calls after him. Yuji stops in his tracks. Without looking back he replies.
“No Choso, I want to be alone,” Seconds later, the front door closes behind him.
Between Sukuna leaving footsteps of blood behind him, their dad being trapped on a deserted island surrounded by a sea of piercing objects, and a Yuji that just stormed out the front door, the choice of who to attend is obvious.

The suicide of Kaori Itadori became the catalyst for a complicated sibling relationship between Sukuna, Choso, and Yuji. Despite it being thirteen years since her passing they all struggle to navigate the grief, guilt, and trauma, both individually and as a family. This is a story about relationships, forgiveness, and healing, written mostly from Choso's perspective.

“I’ve done something bad,” The whisper is cut short by a shaken gasp for air before he starts hulking. Suddenly Teru seems impossibly far away. Reigen has never heard him cry like that before. It sends chills down his spine and he picks up the speed.
“What? Teru what happened?” There is no point in hiding the fear in his voice. A billion thoughts rush through his head but none come in clear.
“I-” He sobs on the other side of the line. Reigen damns himself for not being home. “I took dad’s medicine…the whole bottle,”

Summary
Something is wrong with Suguru. It's been a while since Satoru first thought that. It's in the way his smile fades faster, the way he pulls away when Satoru makes contact, the way he spends more time alone.
Satoru will always trust Suguru—more than anyone else who ever has lived or ever will live. So when Suguru says he is fine, Satoru should believe him. He wants to believe him. Not only for the sake of trust but because he really doesn't want anything to be wrong with his best friend.
OR
Satoru decides that beating the shit out of his best friend (or rather trying to get him to do the same) is the best way to get through to him.

“Oh god, don’t tell me I’ve forgotten my own girlfriend or something.” Yuji grabs his own head in distress. “Please, please tell me she’s tall with a big butt.”
“More like boyfriend.” Kugisaki scoffs before she can think better.
Gojo scratches his chin. “At least he’s got one of those traits.”
“Boyfriend?” Yuji drops his hands off his head and blinks helplessly at them all. “I have a boyfriend?”
The answer is no. It would be a very easy thing to clear up. Kugisaki knows that’s what any decent person would do. But then she looks at Gojo. One corner of his mouth keeps twitching, ghosting the most conspiratorially wicked smile she’s ever seen. She presses her lips together, hiding her own evil grin. There was something in Yuji’s voice that caught her off guard. Something… hopeful.
Yuji hits his head and while most of his memory remains intact, he's forgotten someone very important. A certain Fushiguro Megumi who he was definitely not dating before the concussion. Though, that small detail would never stop Kugisaki from spreading a little bit of false information in the pursuit of an incredible prank. Or it would have been an incredible prank if only things didn't get so... out of hand.

Yuuta has always pushed himself past his limits, but when sickness catches him off guard, Toge is there to pick up the pieces. As fever dreams blur the lines of reality, Yuuta finds comfort in Toge’s gentle touch.
He watches it all happen as if time itself has slowed, but he can't muster the strength to move, to prevent the water from cascading down. Suddenly, another hand enters his vision and swiftly snatches the bottle from him, placing it safely away on the table. That same hand, a gentle hand, steadies his, as a cloth comes to wipe away the water before attending to the spill on the floor.
“I swear I wasn’t this sick this morning,” Yuuta whines.
A cool hand pressed against his clammy forehead, and Yuuta feels his eyes close at the refreshing sensation. “Takana.”
