“Alright. Let’s introduce ourselves then” Vi's sarcastically remarked. “I’ll start. The name’s Vi, owner of the tattoo parlour across the street and caretaker of the elderly woman who was kicked out of her home - to make room for your little flower shop. She’s currently sleeping in my bed”
The taller woman’s uncovered eye widened for a moment, as Vi’s words dawned on her. Then, her gaze gradually narrowed.
“Look, Vi, I now understand your anger and frustration” she began in a very patient tone. “But that does not give you the right to barge into my shop and accuse me of carelessly tossing an elderly woman out onto the streets. As I’ve stated before, I was offered a reasonable contract after the last resident had moved out. So whatever quarrel you have - it isn’t with me.”
Vi’s fists tightened. “And just what-”
“You don’t even know my name” the tall goddess interrupted her firmly. “And quite frankly, you’re making a fool of yourself - accusing me of crimes I had nothing to do with while you don’t even know how to address me.”
Vi was left fucking speechless.
