Summary
An exploration of how Gary Smith’s childhood influenced his teenage years and the subsequent impact on his life when he returns to Bullworth Academy for his sophomore year. When he is released, he has around a month of summer left to adjust into regular society, which turns out to be more difficult than previously imagined after 3 months of 'treatment' in Happy Volts asylum, and his troubles with Jimmy certainly don't assist with it in any way.

Jimmy returns after the events of his first year at Bullworth Academy. Now, he is a sophomore, and attends a party held at the Harrington House over the weekend. Gary, of course, tags along. It turns out his prescription combined with alcohol don’t go together well.

Summary
A month or so has passed after Gary was relocated to Happy Volts in order to receive treatment. His family was able to work out a contract with Mr. Crabblesnitch that includes heavy supervision of Gary whilst at Bullworth, so that he can resume his studies. He is finally allowed to leave school after hours; and gets into trouble with Jimmy while out in Old Bullworth Vale.
TLDR; gary & jimmy beat up a police officer (or, really, are beat up more themselves)

Summary
There's something beating, something pulsating, something frothing that just doesn't seem to let up in the back of Sams' mind. Tomorrow prods at it, asks a few times; she talks about Higgs with interest, unadulterated and innocent curiosity, and until she drops the bombshell that is her memories on the beach with him, Sam had been just trying to ignore his past with the man. Sam called it his 'call of the void' -- or l'appel du vid-- being a common, involuntary, and fleeting intrusive thought urging someone to perform a dangerous, self-destructive action. So he acts on it.
tldr; sam ventures through the world of the dead / his beach and memories to try and bring higgs back to the world to the living after feeling his existence due to The Connection™

Summary
Gary is forced to come back to his personal hell without being consulted on the matter, not only is bullworth the worst place to be but he has to face and live with Jimmy, the guy he tried to kill.
He (kind of) wants to fix their relationship, if only Jimmy didn’t hate his ass so much.They’re just two troubled teenagers trying to find closure in what feels like a ticking bomb.
