Summary
Sometimes Gyuvin looks at Ricky and he wants to devour him. To completely absorb him. It’s the pull all over again, like he has no choice but to want to crawl into Ricky and inhabit his consciousness like the parasite his friend thinks he is. It feels dangerous, and not like any other feeling he’s rifled through in Gyuvin’s memories and emotions. This is Gyuvin’s doing, wholly, and that scares him. To prove Ricky right, to be a monster destined to devastate him, would be mutual assured destruction. Hurting Ricky would kill him, and Gyuvin can’t afford to die again.

Summary
His Taerae literacy bottoms out, Ricky feels, when in another few days Taerae follows him into his dorm room and leans up to kiss him more firmly on the mouth once the door is closed.
It’s Ricky’s turn to be flustered. “Hyung, what’s going on?” He usually isn’t so demanding of context or intention. Ricky already has one emotionally wishy-washy man in his life, he doesn’t need another.
Taerae doesn’t immediately become unsure this time, instead taking one of Ricky’s hands into his own. “To be straightforward with you…I think I would be comfortable with you. Doing things that I wanted to do. The softer things.”

Summary
He’s not used to the internal desire to be appealing to another person. Beauty and aesthetic appeal have always been both for himself and a means to an end. To be acknowledged for his natural attractiveness and his instinctive knowledge of how to amplify it has always felt good, but it’s never been something that pulled him. He craves visual validation, not from the masses at large, but from one goofy boy who takes up more space in Ricky’s brain than he even knew it could hold.

Ricky’s pulse quickens, mouth dries. If he doesn’t find the balls to do this now, he may never. “If I asked you something, would you be honest about the answer?”
The way Gyuvin smirks unsettles him. He doesn’t answer immediately — just shrugs the strap of his bag higher up onto his shoulder and shuffles his feet. “Of course, gorgeous. What’s up?”
His volume is usually low, restraint keeping him from being as rowdy and boisterous as the rest of his friends. When he finally speaks, Ricky thinks he can barely hear himself. “It isn’t— You aren’t you anymore. Are you?”
AKA: Ricky spends way too long contemplating something verging on necrophilia.

Summary
Something inside Gyuvin breaks when he thinks about Ricky — the best friend who has wiped vomit from his mouth, rubbed his back when he’s cried and held him whenever Gyuvin needed it — looking at him and asking the loaded question of why he’s being treated this way. Ricky, who knows this isn’t deserved, and Gyuvin, who agrees but can’t answer. If he wasn’t still reverberating with residual, misplaced anger, he would crumple in on himself and cry. His muscles are simply too rigid.
AKA: A story in which Ricky takes dick and Gyuvin doesn't take it well.

Summary
Their relationship is…complicated. Not absent but not labeled, not indulged except in small gestures and occasionally stolen and private meetups, whenever the chance arises. This isn’t by necessity, but by mutual design. Neither of them are naive, and haven’t been since the day Hanbin shut them both in the Boy’s Planet laundry room, basically demanding some kind of acknowledgement of the spiritual binding that had taken place between them, probably before they were even born; in another life, many lives, they were two halves of one whole.
AKA: A fic too emotionally loaded to be solely based on glass hotel bathrooms.
