Summary
When the Baxter Building is broken into by person or persons unknown, and the only member of the World's Greatest Yadda Yadda Yadda currently on earth to mind the store is nowhere to be found, Peter Parker finds himself the top suspect. Which he probably would've been anyway, considering the local media's longstanding opinion of his costumed counterpart, though things aren't helped by his recent and much publicized entanglement with one Human Torch.
Determined to clear his own name (and get his buddy-turned-ex out of a jam, but don't fixate too much on that part), Peter tracks down Johnny and, with him, gets to work tracking down the villain of the week who, it turns out, has a bone to pick with poor Torchy.

Summary
After losing everything, Peter is quite content to keep his head to the ground and mind his own neighborhoodly business. That gets a little complicated when an entire universe comes knocking at his door.

Villains have been appearing out of thin air, so now Johnny has to pretend to make nice with some other world's B-rate hero—one who won't even share his name, let alone show his face. But at least the view is nice...

Summary
His first mistake is not picking up the phone.
In Jud’s defense, it’s been a long fucking day. And not one that he’s keen to recount.
He’s kept the damn thing turned off for most of the day. As a rule, he stays fairly available on Sundays, but—well, extenuating circumstances call for extreme reactions. Thankfully, he had kept enough of his head after Mass to force a shutdown instead of what he wanted to do, which was to hurl it against the wall and watch it shatter into a million tiny pieces.
Night is young, though.
Or: A Wicks truther comes after Jud in the middle of Mass. He's fine. Benoit disagrees.
