This fanfiction was inspired by an AU I saw a while ago where Shadow Milk cookie was in a mental hospital and Pure Vanilla cookie was his therapist, the original comic by @/seronstuff on TikTok!
This fic is set in what we can only guess in a magicless universe, where cookies are basically in all senses, human. Magic has always been questioned in its validity, but the only way to truly know is to see it firsthand. You, my dear reader, are a patient in a residential mental hospital, and will go through quite the show in your time there. To avoid naming hardships, you will simply be known as 'Bluebell'.
