“Come on,” Atsumu is saying in a wheedling tone behind a bright grin.
“Just stop,” Kiyoomi snaps suddenly. “Will you just leave me alone for once? I don’t even like you!”
Normally, Kiyoomi's words don’t phase Atsumu at all. He’ll talk over Kiyoomi or brush off any harsh words easily enough and might turn to someone else for the attention he apparently craves. But this time, Kiyoomi's words seem to stop him cold, the smile freezing for just a moment on his face.

It was not uncommon for Atsumu to come home from practice and discover his university student boyfriend laying in their shared room with all lights in the apartment off. Kiyoomi was chronically plagued with migraines, but most only lasted a short time and didn’t affect too much of the evening. Today’s, however, seemed particularly rough.

“Sakusa Kiyoomi.” He replied. Atsumu dropped his hand, unoffended.
“Well isn't that a mouthful.” He paused before grinning. “I'm jus’ gonna call ya Omi.”
Or Atsumu and Kiyoomi meet in elelmentary school in the spring. Despite both of their inexperience in making friends, somehow they become inseparable.

It's not like Kiyoomi tried to intentionally hide his relationship, He made it so very obvious that he's dating the absolute goddamn mess that is Miya Atsumu.
So, when his roommate, Ushijima Wakatoshi knocks on his door and blatantly calls him single, he's baffled at how Ushijima still assumed he's not in a relationship after witnessing all those stupid posters of Atsumu plastered all along the walls of his room. (He was forced to put them up, of course.)Obviously, this means he needs to do something about it.
Alternatively: three times Kiyoomi tried to tell Ushijima he's dating Atsumu + the one time it worked.

“Then you should go, Atsumu-san.” Hinata says, and Inunaki, with a fox smirk that Miya hates, nods at it. “You're the closest one and if he likes being cared for by someone, it's a win-win.”
“But I don't win nothing, just Omi-kun discountin' his anger on me.” Atsumu replies, but Meian meddles in the conversation.
“I guess it would be good, Atsumu.” He says and, unlike Inunaki and maybe Hinata, he's genuinely concerned. “That would be good for us to know his state. Plus, he's probably going bad, so he's needing help.”
Atsumu sighs tiredly.
“Kay.” He answers, because he knows that 1- they won't let him go and, 2- he misses his Omi! “But if I die it's yer fault.”
