A world where people can possess elemental power to varying levels of control. It is common for the average person to display a small affinity to an element, to the point where it is quite rare for someone to have no affinity at all.
Where there is power, however, there must be measures in place to keep it in check. Heroes are those who display powerful affinities with at least one element, and they train their powers so they can protect the general public and keep the cities safer.
Although of course, with Heroes, there always comes Villains...
