Summary
Back in ancient Egypt people's fate's were decide by things called Shadow Games.
Shadow Games were played with real magic and monsters with the loser giving up his very life and soul.
One day the Shadow Games got out of hand and almost destroyed the world if it wasn't for a young Pharaoh giving up his memories and life to seal the shadows away.
But when a young boy solves the Millennium Puzzle he unknowingly releases the shadows once more.
Do not fear however for the Pharaoh sealed his spirit within the puzzle and will risk everything to protect the boy and their new found friends.
And maybe find love along the way.

Summary
Sora, Riku (the love of his life), and Kairi (his sister in everything but blood) feel trapped on their tiny Island, and feel the need to get out and explore other places.
However, the day they were set to leave tragedy strikes, and their home-along with the rest of their friends and families-are swallowed by shadows, as well as leaving the three friends separated.
Sora, now armed with the mysterious weapon known as the Keyblade, and his two new companions, Donald and Goofy, must traverse many worlds to reunite with Riku and Kairi, and save their homes.
Meanwhile, Riku, who has been in love with Sora for a long time, feels as if this his chance to get rid of Kairi and claim the other boy for his own.
