Summary
Love is a constant terror of loss, Obi-Wan instructs Anakin, once.
He's twenty-seven when he says this. He’s had vague nightmares of war but no real knowledge of it. He hasn’t yet taken charge of a quarter of a million lives, hasn’t locked eyes with Cody and heard him say General, say Obi-Wan. At that moment he has no idea what it’s like to love the way his padawan loves, greedily, with grasping hands, desperate to see the depth of his hunger reflected back at him. He has loved, Qui-Gon and Siri and Quinlan and Bant, but these have all been loves that he was able to make himself ignore.
He has no idea, yet, what it’s like to feel love that he cannot ignore.

Summary
After a chaotic, and traumatic, start to her apprenticeship, Obi-Wan Kenobi decides the life of a Jedi knight is not one for her. She joins the EduCorps and becomes a teacher instead. Her former grandmaster offers her a position on the planet Kamino, but when she arrives, she realizes he left out a few very important details. Her students number in the hundreds of thousands and soon will number in the millions.
But she is committed to this assignment, and the boys here need her. She learns how very much that is true as each new month spent on the planet revels new horrors and abuses.

Summary
When Obi-Wan Kenobi was twelve, he was told he was too angry to ever be a Jedi. He wasn’t good enough.
Only weeks later, he offered up his life in exchange for hundreds of others and Qui-Gon Jinn found him worthy.
When Obi-Wan was thirteen, he chose the war-torn streets of Melida/Daan over the orders of Master Jinn, and he ceased being a padawan of the Jedi Order. He resolved the conflict there and then, unsure where else to go, sought out his family on Tatooine.
It was clear he couldn’t fit himself back into a life he was taken from as a small child. So, just shy of his fourteenth birthday, Ben Lars presented himself to the AgriCorps.
OR, the one where AgriCorps Specialist Ben Lars is recruited to assist in the settlement of the clone troopers after the war ends.
