“Backy says it’s bad milk. Gotta rinse jug before you recycle.”
The kid snorted at the analogy, but then settled because it really did ring true. The room even smelled like sour milk.
“How do you rinse it?” he voiced and Ovi smiled that wide stretching grin under eyes that shone with mischief and eternal youth - or whatever it was he possessed - to still burst with life at his age.
“Nest time.”
