Summary
Three travelers from far off lands arrive in King's Landing in the middle of a rainstorm. Their goals are simple: find work, make money, and don't die. Podrick Payne shares at least one of these goals. As he juggles his duties at court and his personal life he finds it harder and harder to keep his head, now more than ever. This is a tale of mystery, intrigue, adventure, and maybe even a little romance.
This story was just an excuse for me to place high-fantasy characters in a low-fantasy world and see what happens.

Summary
Spoilers for The Secret of The Tomb
Even though Ahkmenrah, and some other notable exhibits are now on permanent display in the New York Museum of Natural History, Larry knows that part of his life is over and it is better not to step in and visit. He has a new job, teaching at a private school in Upper East Manhattan. No more adventures with historical figures trying to protect a magical tablet, his life can return to normal.
At least...that's what he had thought before he met his class and found himself even further wrapped up in the mystery surrounding the tablet of Ahkmenrah and the lives of famous historical people affected by it.

They eventually decide to call in the old team (minus Bruce who is still MIA) for some forced team bonding. Chaos ensues. Inspired by those Community episodes.
