Summary
Following the events of the Way of Water, Kiri has a premonition that she must return to the Omatikaya Clan to discover her purpose. Due to the recent events and Neteyam's death, her parents are scared to send her alone. Meanwhile, Aonung is struggling to prove his maturity to his parents. Jake and Tonowari compromise and Aonung is tasked with escorting Kiri safely to the Omatikaya clan and protecting her during her stay. Neither Kiri or Aonung expect to like eachother by the end of it.
