Summary
Robin wiped one last tear from Nancy’s cheek, pulled her up, and helped Nancy get out the house. The fresh air of the real world gave Nancy a boost of energy, and it felt like the spores in her throat and lungs were starting to clear, and although she wanted to stay in Robin’s grasp the rest of the way, she pulled herself away from the girl next to her and began to walk without help. Robin still had her hand on Nancy’s shoulder, and as they trailed behind Lucas and Erica, and Steve and Max, Robin’s hand slowly ran down Nancy’s arm and into Nancy’s hand. And both of them breathed a sigh of relief.

Summary
Robin had never really imagined Nancy as a clingy person, but she had no other explanation and, really, no one else to ask about it. It felt a little bit weird to ask Steve his opinion, so she avoided the topic like the plague whenever he tried to bring it up, and, well, it’s not like it was a problem…
At least, not exactly.

Summary
“Come over tonight?”
(She shouldn’t have asked that. She should’ve let Robin go home to her room, far away from Nancy who is like a poison, sucking the life out of Robin, slowly killing her like she does with everyone else. But Robin is pretty and bruised and Nancy just can’t help herself.)
“I-Yeah. Yes. I get off at six, I’ll have to go home and grab some stuff.”
“You could bike straight to mine? I mean, I have clothes you can wear. A toothbrush you can use.”
“You’re gonna let me use your toothbrush?”
“Jesus, Robin, no. I have an extra.”
