Jason didn’t know where he was— How he ended up here. He does know that the last thing he remembered was hearing a bomb from the other side of the battlefield before a arm snapped his neck.
Guest didn’t remember how they died. He just knew that after Noob went missing, they didn’t know what else to turn to. Maybe it was the overdose of alcohol, maybe the Xanax they occasionally took. They just knew the two mixed made him pass out.
2X2 didn’t know how they got here. She was helping Telamon with something.. he can’t remember. They know that Telamon got mad at them and pushed them. Her wings were still under developed. It was the burning sensation in their chest she still felt.
They all had their stories, their reasons for being here in this hell. People they once loved and knew being turned into monsters, strangers in another form with their own trauma. But they do know one thing:
They need to stick together to survive, or none of them will make it out.

Summary
The Spectre’s Domain was a cruel place, a nightmarish concept even for those who seemingly deserved the punishment of eternal torment.
Elliot had become familiar. Being the first Survivor meant he’d watched everyone, other Survivors and new Killers, appear one by one. Trying to remember a blue sky as opposed to the perpetual gloom that the domain provided was an attempt that felt so small in the grand scheme of things.
Death, agony, revival. Rinse and repeat. Occasionally, there were new things that the Spectre did to shake things up. Despite it all, Elliot held onto the hope that he and all of the others would figure out a way to escape from the Spectre’s grasp, even if it felt like they’d be trapped within the realm forever.
Then, Elliot’s able to experience that blue sky again, gentle and welcoming. It greets him as though he never left, a soft breeze tickling his cheek and beckoning for him to come along with it.
Hand outstretched, he accepts its promise, only for it all to crumble again in an instant.

Summary
Elliot never should have trusted the entity he met in his dreamscape. He should’ve saw the warning signs before it was too late for him. But the past is set in stone.
Elliot is a God’s favorite, which isn’t necessarily a good thing when the one he caught attention of is a sadistic chunk of code that feeds on suffering. But being favorite gives him an opportunity to help other tortured souls, and Elliot was always self-sacrificial to a fault.
