Summary
Dawn still greyed the sky, and a fine morning mist soaked the sandy dirt of the sparring pits, quieting Duncan’s steps. Most of the Castle’s private forces trained in light leathers, or with simple linen shifts over bare skin: the weather was still warm, this far North. The icy southern rains which had whipped Duncan's back on his way to Highever had not reached the city quite yet.
As often, Duncan grimly mused, he walked ahead of the storm - dark tidings on his heels.

A lovely (and angsty towards the end) fanfic that makes me wish Highever was more detailed like this in the Dragon Age lore.

Summary
Castiel Milton is a reclusive gardener. He’s always preferred the company of his flowers to that of his peers, and he tells himself he’s quite content with his peaceful life. Dean Winchester is a duty-driven twenty year-old who grew up taking care of his younger brother, Sam. He doesn’t bother lying and saying he’s content, but he deals.
After Dean crashes his motorcycle in Cas’ garden, destroying five years of love and devotion, he starts working for Cas, regrowing his garden from the ground up. It’s a tentative friendship at first, but as the garden grows closer to completion they may both find something that will make them truly content.
