Words started pouring out of Yeonjun's mouth; I realized the lucky guy you're head over heels with is Taehyun and don't even try to lie to me. Do you think i'm stupid? Summary
Every time Soobin has his eyes on him, Yeonjun feels like he’s made out of a thin, opalescent glass. Completely fucking transparent. The waves crash behind them, in and out, whoops and hollers of rowdy youth, the heat radiating off the fire, suffocating. Soobin’s eyes look right through him.
He can feel his heartbeat, strong and fast against his ribcage.
Another lollipop.
A moment of silence, and then, “What flavor?”
He watches the flames lick up the logs in the pit, slowly eating away at their casing.
“Strawberry.”
(OR: Yeonjun is forced back into his hometown after being kicked out of university and a brief stint in rehab only to find that the boy he used to bully in high school grew up into everything he's ever needed)
