In hindsight, you should have known Obi-Wan Kenobi wouldn’t choose you. In greater hindsight, perhaps choosing to embark on the most dangerous and mysterious mission of your career was not the way to cope with things, but since when have Jedi your age ever been known for healthy emotional regulation?
It was too late for Obi-Wan in any case. You had been slain by the fascinating and oddly charming Darth Valentis. Not that he would (or should) have those words in his lexicon to describe her. He meant flagitious and conniving, of course.
So why does he feel so drawn towards her? And why does she keep coming back to him? And how has Anakin managed to be one of the most level-headed people in this whole affair?

Summary
Imhotep is defeated and with their newly found riches, Rick O'Connell and Evelyn Carnahan make a home for themselves. Meanwhile, it doesn't take very long before Rick's sister, Sadie feels that familiar pull back to Egypt and so she returns to Cairo in an attempt to reconcile with some of her old ghosts. Unintentionally, one of those ghosts runs into her.
The story and chapter titles are based on the cover song 'Strange' by Celeste, the inspiration behind this fic. Not a songfic.
I do not own the Mummy's plot, lore, and/or characters. All rights go to their respective creators. I only own my original character, Sadie.

Everyone knows you as Evy's not-as-famous-or-heroic-cousin. But one man in particular decides to see the compassion and intelligence no one bothers to point out. Sadly, he has a hard time showing it.

This is what happens when you watch Chronicles of Riddick with a dirty mind. Started as a kind of POV experiment and sort of got carried away from there. A commander of the Armada catches the attention of a devoted convert, but in the Basilica the Faith must always come first…mustn’t it?
Warnings: Necromonger stuff (murder, euthanasia, drugging, general awfulness), plus absolute and pure smutty filth. Note this is written from the point of view of an unnamed female who absolutely and 100% believes in Necroism, with all that implies. If you think this might unsettle you then I strongly recommend not reading it!
