Summary
When Mike Wheeler realizes he had no clue what he wanted to do with his life, he decides to stay in Hawkins a little while longer. He finds himself at the newly rebuilt Starcourt Mall, with a job of slinging ice cream at Scoops Ahoy with Max Mayfield. But with his best friend preoccupied, Mike starts to fall apart, turning to something else to help him cope...
Basically Mike and Max becoming best friends together at scoops and getting high.

Mike had a pretty shit year. His girlfriend and best friend had both moved away, leaving him feeling lonely, despite the fact he still had Lucas and Dustin and D&D again. But it wasn’t the same.
So he’d write letters. Never sent, they would just live at the bottom of a drawer that nobody touched in his room. But gradually, they grew.
But none of them were addressed to El.
