Summary

The sound was a harsh rumble, the creature's throat moving just so. She could sense his strength; his claws pressing imperceptibly against her spine.
She froze.
"Do you want to hurt me?" Rey snapped, her fur bristling. She knew how predators loved to play with their food: Unkar Plutt batted his prey around every day, watching them struggle to survive while he hoarded over resources. It seemed like this predator wanted to play games-
She squeaked as a claw slid beneath her chin, tilting her head upward: wide, frightened hazel eyes meeting molten gold. Her ears tilted back as she squinted; seeing tinges of crimson spun about his golden irises. Beautiful.
"I don't know." He answered thoughtfully.
She shivered, her reply dying on her lips...
