But, still, it was something he could dismiss, pack up in a dusty box in some tucked away corner of his mind.

Summary
Sieun’s hand closed over Suho’s fist, warm and strong. His other hand was pressing at Suho’s shoulder, pushing him against the wall. He was so close, his breath tickled Suho’s lips, his eyes searching. They drew Suho in, and he stared, a few seconds too long.
Too close.
In which Sieun's leaving for mandatory military duty, and Suho's trying to cope.

“Sieun-ah, I’m so tired,” he mutters. “I can’t think straight.”
Sieun shifts, concern flickering across his face. “Do you want to lie down?”
Suho shakes his head. He looks up, meeting Sieun’s eyes—searching, desperate for something to cut through the haze.
“Distract me,” his voice is low, barely loud enough for Sieun to hear.
In which Suho wishes his body would let him forget everything he's been through.

“Sieunie got asked out,” she whispers, mock serious, then bursts out laughing.
Suho is mid-swig of beer—his eyes widen, and he barely manages not to spit it out.

Summary
When Ahn Suho is nine years old, he meets a young boy who fell asleep between tetrapods on the breakwater. For eight months he gets to call Yeon Sieun his best friend, until his parents' divorce sends Sieun far away from Sokcho.
Sieun's life was saved 16 years ago by a boy he called Hyung, and had to leave behind when his father moved to Seoul. Now 25, he's stationed back in his hometown for his service as a Naval sailor, intent on fulfilling his duty and moving back to the city as soon as he can.
