In a world where humans can see seraphim, what if instead of venerating them, humans decided to take them and enslave them in weapons to win the war between Hyland and Rolance? And because of this, history changed.
After Rolance subjugates Hyland, and the rise of the Rolance Empire, Sorey is one of its two remaining heirs, the rest of of them lost to civil war and assassinations. Knowing that he was next and that the war against the Hyland rebels will continue, he makes a gamble for the throne and the possibility of a peaceful world by seeking out the last remaining free dragon, only to find the last remaining free seraph.

Yuuri took a deep breath, and faced the starstruck barista. “I am sorry, my Russian is very bad,” he said tentatively, shoulders hunching slightly. “Do you want me to repeat?”
“N-no, sorry, sir,” the barista said. She blushed and brushed her hair behind one ear. “I’ll get that for you right away!” She stepped away from the counter and called in fast-paced Russian, “Dmitri, come here! The most beautiful man in the world is back!”
Viktor’s smile grew. The employees of the coffee shop weren’t being cruel or making fun of Yuuri’s accent, they were enchanted with him. Viktor could sympathize, his fiancé was very enchanting.
And then he noticed that Yuuri was curled in on himself, eyes lowered and arms wrapped around his chest.

If there was one thing Yuuri Katsuki knew without a doubt after the world had literally turned to hell, it was this:
Yuuri Katsuki was a coward.
Scientists accidentally punched a hole into a different dimension, and creatures started to pour from the rift. The world has ended and the few humans left have no choice to but to try and survive. Yuuri had been lucky when Phichit got his hand on a ritual to summon a demon (Christophe) for protection. Things were just fine until the demon told Yuuri he was a liability.
After stealing the ritual and a rather well used kitchen knife, Yuuri is ready to try and summon a demon of his own.

But really, how was Sorey supposed to know that in the human world, marriage and all such business tended to happen between males and females? Or, what marriage actually even was for that matter?
Or, the one where Sorey was never really taught what marriage entailed (yet somehow understands better than the rest of them put together), unwittingly confesses his love for Mikleo and outs them for a relationship they didn’t know they were in, and Mikleo accidentally helps clear up the wrong misunderstanding.
Sorey’s also just really upset that Mikleo keeps insisting they aren’t actually getting married.
