Summary
Kazuki’s blood runs cold. "Ojiro? Are you hurt?" There's a brief panic that settles into his stomach, and it's one Kazuki forces himself to swallow down.
Ojiro slowly opens his eyes to look at him, then pauses, inhaling deeply, as if considering his next words carefully. "…Don’t worry about it."
Kazuki’s eyes narrow, feeling his heart racing. "Don’t worry about it?" Kazuki repeats, tone harsher than he intended. “You’re struggling to sit upright, Ojiro. What do you mean, don’t worry about it?”
"It..." Ojiro trails off, looking away. He shrugs with difficulty, and it makes it clear he’s avoiding eye contact with Kazuki, almost out of guilt. "...It's nothing to worry about. It doesn't hurt that much."

Kazuki smirks. "You really are just like a big cat. Could you have been a leopard in a past life?" He cups Q's cheek, and presses their lips together. "How cute of you." Kazuki breathes out softly.
"...Kazuki." Q exhales, the pure love undeniable in his voice.
Kazuki stares at him. "Ojiro." He replies with a smile. He doesn't call him by this name much anymore, not unless it's only the two of them together. A name that's so dear and heavy to him, a name that's full of memories of their shared past with each other. Hearing it come out of Kazuki's mouth never never fails to dust a light blush on Q's cheeks.

"Something that only you—” He pokes the middle of Shuichi’s sternum for emphasis. “—can provide for me. So? What do you say, do you trust me?"
While his choice of word is perhaps a little odd, it's nothing unusual for Kokichi, really. "Ah, uh, yeah..." Shuichi replies a little hesitantly, looking to the side.
Kokichi rolls his eyes, and he purses his lips into a pout, disconnecting his fingers from Shuichi's skin entirely. "Wooow. What a boring and predictable answer. You know, Saihara-chan, when a Supreme Leader asks his subordinates very super duper important intimate questions, he's expecting a proper answer."

Summary
There’s a light ‘click’ as Aventurine unlocks the front door using the spare key Ratio has given him a few days prior.
It’s almost midnight, around three hours after Ratio had texted him he’d gone to sleep for the night.
Aventurine blinks, his eyes adjusting as best as they can to the darkness. He gently closes the door behind himself, locking it back, as he takes off his shoes one by one. He neatly places them in Ratio’s shoe rack, and stretches his arms.
‘Well then. Let’s get to work.’ He thinks, amused.

Veritas flushes lightly, eyes dropping down to stare at Kakavasha’s lips. “So have I.” He wets his own lips. “It’s been on my mind for quite some time.” They make eye contact, knowingly, both aware of this fact.
“I bet. You were the one who brought up the idea in the first place.” Kakavasha leans in, eyes half lidded, as he presses Veritas’s lips against his own. “You, and me. Having a baby together.” He mutters, and there’s happiness attached to his voice.
Veritas’s lashes flutter, his guts churning deep inside his belly. “Of course. There is nothing else in this world I would wish for more.” He whispers.

"Uh-uh. None of that, Takumi." He can almost feel Eito's hands grab on his hips, holding him still. Pushing him down against the mattress, despite his twitchy, shaky attempts to move. He kind of wants to scream, but he doesn't want to give Eito any more satisfaction than he's already giving him. There's still a few scraps of his dignity that he'd like to hang onto. "I know you're an awfully impatient thing, but you can be good and wait."
Something red-hot gnaws deep in his stomach, some horrifying mixture of humiliation and arousal. He feels Eito's laughter more than he hears it, a sense of sadistic glee. God, Takumi thinks as he suppresses a shudder. I hate this guy so much.
Takumi deals with the implications of co-existing in the same body with someone who wants to see you suffer, in many ways.

“Kazu—” Ojiro pauses. He frowns. “—ki…?”
He knows. Ojiro’s asking about his well-being. Concerned for his well-being. Hands pat down his tattered cloak, uncertain of what to do with them.
Kazuki smiles. He reaches for Ojiro’s wrist.
“Your scent,” he whispers. A sharp inhale follows. His voice threatens to betray him. He doesn’t even notice the tremor wracking his hand, but Ojiro does. A larger hand encompasses his. Warm, comforting. He waits for Kazuki to continue.
Kazuki tries to gather his thoughts.
Lips part. Another inhale. Bergamot mixed with lemon, ozone, middle tones of sandalwood, geranium and white musk mixed with just the faintest whiffs of musk, amber, and snowdrop wrap around him like a comforting blanket of familiarity.
Familiarity that he’d lost for years now returned to him.

Phainon freezes. He wants to do—something. Anything. Shove Mydei down. Drive his sword through his stomach into the earth to keep him still. Kiss him until they suffocate and the scouts find their bodies, entwined on the ledge.
