Summary
Karlie flatters her too much — is heavy on the compliments and even more on physical touch — and she thinks that if her heart wasn’t hammering so hard it might be easier to stand her ground and not give in, but Karlie lets out this pretty little whine and oh, Taylor feels the magnetic pull back to her lips. Their kiss is a little more insistent this time, a little firmer, and Taylor has no intention of going further than a press of closed lips against closed lips but then — oh, she’s certain she’s going to hell for doing things like this in a car with the man who has driven her around since she was a teenager — Karlie gasps this beautifully broken sound into her mouth and Taylor can’t stop herself from licking at her bottom lip.
