Summary
Zootopia is at a breaking point of Predator and Prey tensions as the first predator mayoral candidate has been able to get enough donations to enter the race. Leodore Lionheart has worked in city hall since he was 16 aspiring to be a public servant. Running on a campaign, 'Where everyone can be anything!', in hopes to break the barriers between predator and prey that have been ingrained in the formerly segregated but collared city of Zootopia. However T.A.M.E. collars get in the way of his ambitions setting off atrocities from both sides as the city fights over the necessity of predator collars.
This is set 30 years before the time of the movie and is based in the Zistopia/Dystopia AU.
