Riot hates the humans. They're racist, bigoted, idiots. The monsters have tried being friendly, but the humans didn't seem to care. Something needs to be done to change things. Riot decides to be that change. Since the humans want to call him a demon, then that's what he'll be.
Frisk is sad that their friend has decided to forgo peace. They make a stand. It's not enough. Not when they aren't even really DETERMINED to stop him.
The humans thought they could get away with treating the monsters terribly. They were mistaken.

It's ironic really, the generation with the record for the lowest birthrate is followed summarily by the one with the highest amounts of orphans in recorded human history. Though I suppose every decade comes with it's issues. We're still living in the consequences of those who came before those who came before us, before them, etcetera.

Far too few people comfortable enough to say no. The offer attracts the desperate, the opportunistic, the fleeing, and the dreamers. Attendance should be a time of light romance, relaxation, and respite from a world grazed by the apocalypse. Or was. Something is out there. It hides it's acts like accidents of a world gone mad with indifference, it smiles in a roomful of supposed friends wanting nothing more than to see blood spill from every single one of their veins.
