Summary
Steve tells the kids to stay behind, and goes to make sure Billy isn't still at the house by himself. Just his luck then, that Billy is awake already and pissed as hell. Keeping very consistent with his track record so far, Steve loses the ensuing fight, which is bad news for his already damaged brain.
The medical inaccuracies tag is just a precaution in case I do get something wrong. Hopefully I don't, given that I've probably spent a total of at least 5 hours researching concussions just for fun, but I'm not a doctor, so I can't know everything. Really, the biggest medical inaccuracy there will be is the fact that Steve doesn't die of a brain bleed...
