"Oh, here?" He pointed at the section Osamu just gestured at, praying his voice sounded as calm as he wanted to look.
Beneath him, tense shoulders finally relaxed. Osamu nodded.
"Yeah. I need you."
Don't read into that.
"Anything for you, Osamu."
Alternatively: Yuuma is head over heels for Osamu. He is literally the only one who doesn't realize it's not unrequited.

Summary
Being an uneducated feral boy, Inosuke gets thrown off, confused and overwhelmed over the smallest, stupidest things. It’s really embarrassing. So, while they’re not obliged to do any of this, Tanjiro and Zenitsu have this nonverbal agreement that they’d do their best to teach Inosuke some basic human knowledge.
Building pillow forts, however, doesn't qualify as such, yet here they are.---
