Summary
It was the year 1816. Spring greets the busy town of St. James, and flowers are in full bloom. At 23, Jung Wooyoung, an esteemed, tired artist and wealthy son of a Viscount, spends his days drowning in liquor or losing himself in paint on his canvas.
