    ShigaDabi Week 2024 Day 6: Hurt/Comfort

    Dabi hates Shigaraki. Shigaraki hates Dabi.
    Occasionally they fuck to blow off some steam and not rip each other's throat out. What they have is strictly professional- nothing else.

    Not so professional however were those brief moments where Dabi sometimes caught himself longing for the other's presence, when he incinerated people and could almost hear his leader praising the carnage in their cries, when he returned to their hideout with his only thought being the younger man's face lightening up once he was being informed of whatever intel Dabi might've collected, when he spent his nights laying wide awake in his creaky and somehow so very empty bed, watching the seconds pass and waiting for when the other would finally stumble into his room again because there were still so many hours left until sunrise.

    But what was supposed to be a singular occasion had quickly turned into much more, and Dabi soon finds himself confronted with feelings so intense he can’t run away from them any longer- and Shigaraki won’t let him.
