Edit: CC!Dream is a terrible person and I do not support him. This fic was written long before I knew anything of his crimes.
Techno and Dream became friends in prison, and Techno eventually helps Dream escape. With the protection of his new allies, Dream kidnaps Tommy and takes him back to the exile island, which is owned by the Arctic empire.
