Summary
At the cemetery on top of the hill, Sion passes by the camellia tree. The blossoms are vibrant and beautiful, seeming to only grow larger and larger the closer Sion steps toward them. Most striking of all, though, is the young woman sitting beside the tree. She’s weeping, a melodic sound, and Sion’s footsteps slow to a halt.
—
Where Sion visits a small coastal town to learn about their commerce, but there is more to the village than meets the eye. Something haunts it, some sort of old myth sunken into the mountains and blooming out of the camellia tree.
Until Sion realizes it isn’t something, but someone, and that Riku is really only haunting him.

Summary
Sion has always known his role—the golden boy, the life of the party, the guy who never overthinks things. Riku is everything Sion isn't—the town's outsider, always on the fringes, always keeping his head down. They shouldn’t have anything to do with each other, but restlessness hums in their bones just the same, and restless boys do strange things.

Summary
Daeyoung does not come from a world of artsy exchange-students who poke holes in their earlobes and misquote Kim Dongri like he is an old friend. He has never been acquainted with the campus heartthrob destined for greatness. Daeyoung has never had a pretty-boy so in love with him that he'd follow him to university just to be with him. Yet he is awash in them regardless. Gentle words at his ear, gentler fingertips at his waist, and Oh Sion – crowned in golden light and painted like the center of a cathedral triptych – directing him like he actually is the king whose part he plays.

Summary
“You think I’m smart?” Yushi asks.
“I do,” Daeyoung insists, and he sounds earnest. Yushi does not know many people who are earnest. He can see it on their faces - the way they judge him, size him up, try to figure out what box he deserves to fit into. Are you enough of a man, Tokuno Yushi? Have you proved yourself yet? Have you mutilated your body, taken your shots, trained your voice to go deep?
“You’re the only person to say these things about me,” Yushi mumbles.
A normal person would be puking and gagging and telling him to shut up. And yet Tokuno Yushi - who is not the type to blush, let alone at something a man says - feels his cheeks go crimson as something in him aches, aches, aches.
But Daeyoung shrugs and smiles. “Hyung,” he says, voice low. “I think you’re amazing."
-
Tokuno Yushi works at a noraebang with his puppy-like coworker who has this vague obsession with him and he, like, doesn't even care. There is no time for romance, let alone when Kim Daeyoung is the size of a tree and annoying. Because that's what he is. Annoying. And hot. But mostly annoying.
So it doesn't even matter, really. Because Yushi does not have a crush. Not even a little bit.
