    Galahad is old, now, as old as he- though Merlin can control his appearances, and Galahad doesn’t have nearly as much magic as he does. He looks to be at least in his 70s (and isn’t that a mindfuck, someone younger than him can look decades older), but when Merlin looks at him- truly looks at him, knowing who he is- he can see his father, his mother in him. It’s the eyes, he realizes.

    Merlin's always had trouble sleeping - a side effect of magically induced immortality. Now, though, he knows he's not the only one.

    (Set right after the events of Librarians 1x10)
