Summary
.
When Chuuya takes over his sister’s rental house, she left him with one very specific warning."Stay away from the lazy landlord across the road."
He soon discovers exactly why. Dazai Osamu is a jobless menace with too much free time and a talent for turning every little disagreement into a neighborhood war.
Chuuya also discovers his tenant, Akutagawa, has a crush on Dazai’s tenant, Atsushi. Deciding to play matchmaker, Chuuya tries to help Akutagawa win him over. What he doesn’t know is that Dazai is also trying to help Atsushi get closer to Akutagawa. And somehow, their tenants’ love story becomes their next battleground.
OR: A real Enemies-to-Lovers story about two landlords helping their tenants navigate love while turning their own neighborhood into a battlefield, ending up in a police station at 3 a.m., and somehow making things even worse.

Summary
.
Ballet instructor Chuuya returns to his grandparents’ old house in Yokohama after twenty years in France, ready to start a new chapter of his life. While cleaning, he finds an old photograph from the summer he spent there as a child, with the shy little boy from across the street who used to follow him everywhere with pure admiration.
Feeling nostalgic, Chuuya decided to look for his childhood friend again. But what he finds is an insufferably smug lawyer who is far too tall, far too charming, and apparently remembers much more about that summer than Chuuya does.
OR: Some summers are meant to be remembered. Some are meant to begin again.

Summary
Harry doesn’t die during the Battle of Hogwarts. He doesn’t die for months after that either. It isn’t until he catches the attention of the lord of death, Hades, that he understands the severity of his actions.
OR
Harry is the ‘Master of Death’ and will ascend to full godhood in the next century. Nico’s a bit tired of all these dam gods, but maybe this one won’t be so bad.
OR OR
What started as character studies for a parallel that I couldn’t get out of my head developed and Uh Oh there’s plot now.
Updates sporadically. It will never be abandoned, but my multichapter works have priority over this series.
Will be organized in chronological order, not publishing order. Fics that can be read as standalones will be marked as such.

Summary
“Percy hadn’t even been on the Hogwarts Express for ten minutes before he’d already managed to make a fool of himself.
Figures.”
He walked through the cramped corridor filled with the usual hustle and bustle of students. He felt everyone’s eyes burning into the back of his skull, awkwardly shuffling past trunks and owls and…a miniature cactus singing a lullaby? He didn’t think you needed one for school, but what did he know. He peered through the smudged windows of the compartments praying to find an empty seat.
******What if Percy had more than Ichor running through his veins? What if he wasn’t just a demigod and at eleven found his way to Hogwarts?
