When Shiro lost his arm protecting the prince, Lance knew a new knight would have to be found. He didn't expect, however, that this new knight would be devastatingly handsome, difficult to communicate with, and worst of all, seemed to think him a spoiled brat. On top of that, Keith and Shiro had some sort of close relationship, and Lance would do anything to not find out just how close. It didn't matter, anyway. After all, princes don't fall for their knights.
Except Lance did.

Crazy situations call for even crazier solutions. This was how half-elf Eirlya found herself the leader of a party of misfits thanks to being infected with the mind flayer's tadpole. She'd only signed up to find a cure but has now found herself wrapped up in a plot of world domination. Even crazier than all of that? She's falling head-over-barefeet for the party's resident vampire spawn, Astarion, whose tumultuous past is ready to reclaim him... Just like hers is.

Retelling of canon as well as my own stuff thrown in. As in, I’ve added some of my own plot to this as it relates to my OC’s story. I also try to make the canon bits my own so it isn’t too rehashy. First part of fic is them falling for each other, the rest will be establishing their relationship and facing everything as a couple.
Romance, humor, probably drama - who knows? We'll see as we go. Very much a self-indulgent fic involving my OC from the game and, of course, our favorite sassy vampire spawn.
Updates happen as they happen - no set schedule. :) I write/post as I'm inspired, but do intend to finish someday.
