“Well,” Ryuunosuke said. “If you’re truly tired, then we should get ready for bed. But if you’re not quite ready to fall asleep, then I have some ideas for how to pass the time.” Even in the flickering light of the bedside oil lamp, the telltale flush of his cheeks was unmistakable.
Intrigued, Kazuma rolled onto his side to properly face Ryuunosuke. “Oh? Do enlighten me.”
Ryuunosuke removed his hands from Kazuma’s hair, taking the headband with him. “It’s about what we discussed the other morning.”
“You’ll have to remind me,” Kazuma said, letting a teasing lilt enter his words. “I’m afraid I’ve forgotten after everything that transpired with Souseki’s trials.”
“Oh, it was just a short conversation, really,” Ryuunosuke said, setting the hachimaki to the side. “About how you wanted me to bully you.”
Kazuma’s mouth went dry.

Following the events of Souseki's trial, Kazuma and Ryuunosuke finally have some time to themselves, and Ryuunosuke has some ideas for how to pass the evening.
