He sends her increasingly ugly engagement ring pictures while he’s waiting in the airport and threatens to buy her all of them.
Then Marly shows him the photos with Rose Landry, and like everything else in Ilya’s small, pathetic life, Hollander’s there in it. Wormed right into the centre.
