Summary
As a member of the high nobility, he was invited to a ball. Bored by the event, he merely observed. Though countless ladies wished to dance with him, he turned them all down. It wasn't as if they wanted anything from him; it was his title that appealed to them. And perhaps the charm with which he carried himself.
However, most were disappointed as soon as they realized how he behaved - not at all like the nobleman of their dreams.
So it wasn't so bad for him to be alone for an evening. That had been his original plan anyway. He was already waiting for the event to end.Until his gaze caught on long golden hair, and a golden gown that was subtle, and yet impossible to ignore.

Summary
fairytales are often the first stories we read.
usually, fairytales have happily ever afters.
usually, that doesn't happen in real life.what if the universe was a little kinder to elder faerie cookie and silent salt cookie?
what if their story went a little differently?
what if the power of love was indeed strong enough to weave a different fate for them?surely, only time will tell.

Summary
“If I make you something,” Pure Vanilla said slowly, pointing a very serious finger at Shadow Milk’s chest, “you have to promise—and I mean promise—that you will go to bed after. No detours. No monologues. No fighting the counter. Just. Bed.”
Shadow Milk gasped. “You’re pleading with me for something?”
“Yes.”
“You drive a hard bargain, Pure Vanilla Cookie.”
“That’s because it’s,” He glanced over at the clock. “Three-thirteen in the morning, and we’re being far too loud.”
OR
Shadow Milk is drunk. They both slow dance in the kitchen.
