While it certainly hadn’t been the worst year to ever suffer the misfortune of living through, he could’ve done a lot more with his life. He could have Brie here or attended her New Year’s party if they hadn’t broken up ages ago. He could have kissed Cooper, just to see if the sensation is as satisfying as he envisions, scratch that ever-present itch that needles at him. He could have never interviewed at the call center, changed his résumé’s trajectory.
