Hannibal knows love is not an emotion. But the way Will puts to words what they both already know, just because he wants Hannibal to hear it spoken out loud, makes him feel a whole myriad of things that Hannibal is quite sure, make up what love is.

As Hannibal's relationship with Will progresses through the man's moments of weakness, where Will so generously shares the most tender and delicate parts of himself, so does Hannibal's relationship with his own emotions. Although Will is always the one appearing vulnerable, it is Hannibal that gets stripped bare.

Regulus Black – neé Regina Black – is fourteen when he opens his eyes to blurry shapes and a shrill ringing in his ears, only to discover that he is in fact Regulus Black, sixteen, and suffering from amnesia.
A lot has changed in two years: suddenly he has no boobs and a dick and his body looks like he's always imagined it. On top of that he's apparently prefect and somehow friends with James Potter, the most popular boy in school and notoriously straight and chasing after a redhead.

He shakes his head, trying to dispel the melancholy that has been getting worse the last year, ever since he participated in a particular chase in Kansas, when he had gone to visit the Novak pack. It had been the one and only time Dean had caught a scent that made him almost trip, something salty and dark that he hasn't forgotten even a year later. And he hasn’t caught even a hint of it again, hadn’t even got more than a fleeting taste that day either.
Man, since then Dean has been feeling his unmarked flesh more and more acutely. But he still runs, because he likes it. And he does hope that someday something changes.
