    Butch is angry that he's remembered. At least as Grundy he didn't have to worry about making plans. He was happy to be Ed's free muscle, more than happy to help him in return for nothing more than friendship. Grundy was happy to take Ed to bed on the nights he was lonely, and more than happy to fuck him through the times he felt weak and empty.

    Butch... not so much. Butch remembered everything else -- and when Ed realized he was back to his old self (minus the cosmetic change), when he became wary of every move that Butch made, ready for the wrath of his revenge... Butch just wanted to go back to being Grundy.

    He'd been happier as Grundy.

     

    Alternatively; the five times Grundy slept with Edward and the one time it was Butch.

    Matt walks into his apartment without knocking while Foggy is listing off the ways he’s been spreading Hell’s influence in New York to the grainy voice coming from his microwave (they haven’t figured out cellphones yet), which usually involves saying things that he’s seen people doing to each other and taking credit but there are a few fun additions to this one.

    Matt sits down on the sofa to wait, turning around when Foggy says he aided and abetted a murder to mouth, “Murder?” at him with his eyebrows knit together.

    Foggy rolls his eyes and holds up a finger, mouthing back, “A minute.”

    After he wraps with a story about making all milk spoil in a ten mile radius right before breakfast and a mostly flat “Hail Satan,” Matt immediately says, “You murdered someone?”
