Izuku worked hard, with the hopes of turning his family's fate around - but saw all that hard work wasted the day he presented as an omega. Desperate, he accepts a marriage proposal from the last man he'd ever want to associate with; a wealthy but brutish alpha.

“You shall be the new bride of the mountain deity, the great Katsuki. And you shall bear him an heir, so he may ascend to godhood, and bring prosperity to this land.”
He recalled how his already-pallid skin had grown cold, his trembling hands turning clammy, his lungs ceasing to move. Izuku heard tell of this ritual before—to turn a mortal being into an omega, ripe for breeding, as an offering to a deity of the land. This was the blood price the Midoriyas had to pay, in exchange for his father committing a crime out of desperation. Izuku will become something other than himself, his life now of little worth in comparison to the being he carried; all until his deity—or alpha, now so-called—sees him fit to be disposed of, and replaced, as it has happened for hundreds of years now.

You can’t come crawling back.” Katsuki scoffed, though he felt a tremor in his heart. Fear. Evergrowing in his chest at the thought that maybe, just maybe, he was making a grave mistake. He settled himself, not allowing Deku to have such control over him.
“Like I’d ever want to be in your life. Are you stupid Deku?”
“Then I’ll go.” Izuku’s words shook, coming out in unsure breaths. As if waiting for Katsuki to beg him to stay. They both knew he wouldn’t.

The one where male omega Izuku doesn't tell alpha Katsuki that they have twin sons because Katsuki was a jerk. Groveling ensues.
