Brooks Walker was a simple man. Same three pairs of jeans, pearl-snap button downs, his worn boots, and a simple white cowboy hat he got years ago. He enjoyed leisure horse rides around the ranch, listening to the whistle of the wind, and the occasional bout from his harmonica.
He was a simple man, indeed.
So that’s why, at eighteen, after years of conditioning and torture by his church, he was surprised to find out he was a wizard.
Or, an eighteen year old boy from Texas finds out he's a wizard from an old friend who also happens to be one. I've pre-written this until chapter 12, so until I run out of chapters, I'll be posting at least once a week! (02/09/26)

What were their first impressions and what did the Taskforce 141 do before 2022? How do they become such a great team over the years leading up to Las Almas.Canon-compliant (almost accurate) & Internet researched extension/supplementory of CoD:MW II (2022). There are still two years on the timeline to cover so it's slow people. Cutscenes and References are linked, so that anybody can look it up (sharing my autism here).

In no way does Ghost own or have contact with dogs outside of the K-9 unit. But surely it wouldn't hurt to just have a look? To just take a step closer and run his fingers over a particularly nice looking one.
Fake black leather with a bone shaped tag. He could get that engraved. It’s not too hefty and he’s sure it could fit around a particularly large… potentially man-sized dog.

Jason Todd has spent the bulk of the last seven years imprisoned, insane, dead, or wishing he was. For the first time since he chased Joker into Arkham, his life is standing still. Things are (weirdly) good with Bruce. Roy is amazing. Joker is dead. So, there's no time like the present to upend it all and return to the city that broke him in the first place. Sure, Gotham's an unmapped minefield of his worst triggers, a vicious hellhole with a quick temper and a wicked mean streak, but she's Jason's hellhole. And if he's obscenely, unreasonably lucky, he might come out of it with a home, a family, and a chance to be a hero again.
That's worth the risk. Right?
(This works as a direct sequel to You Wouldn't Even Recognize Me Anymore and Can I Help You Not To Hurt Anymore? You'll probably have a better time if you read those first, especially the former, but I won't tell you how to live your life.)

After getting to a truce with the local authorities, Guzma is now (barely) able to live legally with the youngest kids of the team skull, balancing between jobs and his own issues. Lusamine now amnesic of the ultra wormhole incident, he is the only one left to give answers to the eather foundation, but talking about something that still keeps him awake at night is not something he wants to do. And fortunately for him, an "old friend" shows of at his doorstep one day, telling him he could help him have all answers he needs to finally end the nightmare. But the scientist, Kukui, would have to try to get Guzma's trust back after not talking for so many years... What happened between them? Why does Kukui suddently comes to try to help Guzma? That's something the white haired man wants to know under so much hate for him.

Summary
Simon “Ghost” Riley is considered by many the most dangerous man in the 141 if not the whole British Army. Known to strike terror in his enemies. Yet, there’s one thing that only John Price knows. Ghost is in fact an Omega. Outside of Price, his fellow teammates believe he is an Alpha. Ghost does nothing to discourage these beliefs.
John “Soap” MacTavish joins the 141 and as the youngest Alpha on the team, he looks up to both Price and Ghost. The longer he’s on the team, he and Ghost grow closer. Soap is thrilled with this, and with time, finds his feelings for his Lieutenant shifting from friendship to something more. Yet, Soap can’t help but notice there’s something different about the other Alpha.
After a rough mission which leads to Simon being ousted by members of the small group he and Johnny are after. Johnny’s Alpha breaks free and protects Simon while getting them out of the situation. Simon, thrown into an almost catatonic state, stays with Roach while Johnny reports everything to Price.
Will discovering the secret that Simon had kept since they met tear their relationship apart or will it be the best thing to have ever happened to either man?
