    The car door opened, dome light flicking on, casting a harsh yellow glow. Will and Mike were looking at each other with panicked stares, dread etched on their features. Hopper stared, the image conflicting with the silhouettes he saw earlier, pressed close against each other. The look on their faces finally tipped Hopper off.
    He’d just caught something he definitely wasn't supposed to catch, something no one was ever supposed to catch, and pieces were falling into place.

    On a slow patrol night, Hopper catches Will and Mike parked on the side on road, making out in Mike's car. His reaction is far different than Will expects, and together they confront what it would mean to not date in secret.
