She waves a pad of hot pink post-it notes in the air, and peels a chunk off them to pass to him.
“If it makes you feel less nervous, and more like you can talk to me or ask me anything, just put one of these on the divider.”

Someone pointed out the fact that Elle and Reid's desks were next to each other and covered in sticky notes, and thus The Sticky Note AU was hatched in my mind.

Summary
