Summary
(Izuku Midoriya with a good luck quirk that reaches singularity and he’s OP, story starts with Izuku as a villain but it WILL end with him as a hero, that’s what I’m planning)
Quirk singularity. A cursed thing that has never affected Izuku (negatively), since he was quirkless (not actually). Something that affected everyone around him, changed them without care for better or for worse.
He’d avoided AFO’s quirk dump, avoided the rewind wave(only one) of the destructive power known as ‘Eri’, avoided everything, all through luck. Really stupidly dumb luck. Luck that seemed to be tipping the scales towards his side steadily.
Hell, maybe his quirk is luck.

He’s driving through a stretch of woods now, with looming trees whose branches curve over him like archways with gaping black maws. It would be just his luck if a wild animal were to suddenly lurch into the road and pitch him through the windshield.
As if some wicked deity read his thoughts, a blur of green and red stumbles out of the bushes on the side of the gravel road and directly into the path of his headlights. With a hurried swear, Katsuki slams the brakes, but even his lightning-fast reaction time does not save the startled figure from taking a stomach-full of car bumper and flying backwards.
“Fuck, fuck, shit, fuck,” he’s chanting as he scrambles out of the car and over to the heap on the ground. They’re not moving.

Izuku Midoriya is unlucky, to say the least and life hasn't exactly been kind. Things weren't so bad in the beginning, but once he was diagnosed quirkless, well, it all went to shit. Everyone grew to hate him, even his best friend and own father.
Was it really that impossible to become a hero without a quirk? It doesn't really matter because to Izuku, the term hero is flexible. He'll be his own hero because he's learnt from his own experience, people are selfish and the only one he can rely on is himself.
Left alone to fend for himself in the world, Izuku goes out to change things on his own terms, despite his methods being slightly illegal. Keyword, slightly. It's only illegal if he gets caught, right?

Summary
After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn’t quite sure there’s anything left for him to live for, but...he can’t exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can’t technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds. He’ll be able to save people even without being a hero and, if he happens to die while he’s at it...well, like Kacchan said, maybe he’d be born with a quirk in the next life.
