Summary
Dazai stood near the edge, not leaning over it like he normally would but close enough to it that he could see the road underneath. He felt the wind gently pushing his hair back. He felt the cold air nip at his nose. He felt the intangible urge to just let go and fall. Except this time, none of it was inviting him in. This time, it wasn't the way down that had captured Dazai's attention. It was the way up.
Or: Dazai sits on a rooftop and stargazes (and Chuuya joins him)

Summary
Dazai is a pessimistic pianist who is just living to find something to live for while Chuuya knows what he wants out of life,fame. Chuuya is a violinist at the music school they both ( so eagerly as you'll see) attend, when really he wants to play guitar not violin. Dazai sees his passion in playing guitar and comes up with yet another devious plan (as he often does) to make the "school concert" which is strictly elegant ,by the likes of the principal Mori, a real concert by him and Chuuya performing with a keyboard and guitar. It's going to be gay people with instruments who fall in love to sum it up.
