Summary
Dazai stood near the edge, not leaning over it like he normally would but close enough to it that he could see the road underneath. He felt the wind gently pushing his hair back. He felt the cold air nip at his nose. He felt the intangible urge to just let go and fall. Except this time, none of it was inviting him in. This time, it wasn't the way down that had captured Dazai's attention. It was the way up.
Or: Dazai sits on a rooftop and stargazes (and Chuuya joins him)

Summary
Dazai is a pessimistic pianist who is just living to find something to live for while Chuuya knows what he wants out of life, fame. Chuuya is a violinist at the music school they both ( so eagerly as you'll see) attend, when really he wants to play guitar not violin. Dazai sees his passion in playing guitar and comes up with yet another devious plan (as he often does) to make the "school concert" which is strictly elegant ,by the likes of the principal Mori, a real concert by him and Chuuya performing with a keyboard and guitar. It's going to be gay people with instruments who fall in love to sum it up.

"Are you sure he really lives here?" Yosano folded her arms on her chest, frowning lightly. "It doesn't seem very, uh.."
"Dazai-ish," Atsushi supplied.
"Yeah."
Kunikida just glared at the white, fancy looking door in front of them.

Or, alternatively: three times they (maybe) should have realized Chuuya was French, and one time they did. And maybe a teensy weensy relationship reveal. :)

Summary
"Dear Chibi,
I’m really sorry to have to end it this way, but we can’t be together anymore. In our lives attachment is a weakness and a burden.
I did love you and that’s why I have to do this. Losing you would ruin me.
By the time you’re reading this I’ll be long gone, we won’t see each other ever again; it’s ok though, the memories are more than enough for the rest of my miserable existence. I won’t bore you with flowery language or pretty imagery, you deserve the simple, concise, truth.I’ll remember you slug, have a good life, truly.
Yours,
Dazai."

Summary
Chuuya shakes his head as he watches Dazai. They're watching the fish swimming idly around with curious wide eyes, and Chuuya is content to just stand and watch Dazai as he leans on the railing. Chuuya's sure he's got that stupid fond look on his face that he gets when looking at Dazai when he's not being the most annoying bastard on earth.
Dazai must notice him staring, because they turn to look at him with a smile–a small one, mildly bemused. "Enjoying the view?" Comes Dazai's taunt.
"Yeah," Chuuya responds easily, watching in tampered delight as Dazai falters at that. Chuuya can see the pink on the tips of his ears (and only there, Dazai learned how to control the rest of his blush ages ago. Chuuya thinks Dazai must have stopped blushing properly when they were both 16). Dazai has never been good at receiving what he gives out.

“So short,” Dazai says in awe. He’d never expected to marry someone shorter than him. Especially someone this short.
Apparently the redhead didn’t appreciate that. “...The hell did you just say?”
(TA! dazai falls in love at first sight with a student in the class he's assisting, but just how do you get someone to like you, anyway?)
